Personal Training
I offer both in-person and virtual personal training. We will start with a FREE discovery call where I learn a little about you, your goals and any injuries or limitations. In our first training session, we will go through movement assessments so that we know exactly where to start!
During our sessions, I combine mobility/flexibility, core work and strength training to help you reach your goals safely and effectively. We can also work on power, plyometrics and other fun kinds of moves. I want this to be fun for you! I also make sure that you do not experience any kind of pain during our sessions. That old adage “no pain, no gain” has no place in my studio. Exercise should feel good!
The minimum length of time I work with clients is 6 months. It takes time to learn our fundamentals, learn how our body moves and progress our exercises. I have tried shorter term relationships but they haven’t been as effective to create lasting change as the longer periods of time.

- $30 for 30 min sessions, minimum of once per week
