This is more than just training for a single race, this is a long term relationship with guidance through all aspects of your training – even your off season!
Complete with strength training specifically geared toward runners
Work with a trainer from the comfort of your own home with very little equipment needed! Just like in-person training, we will use a balanced approach to make sure you meet your goals safely.
Fitness is more fun with friends! Online classes are offered once or twice a week and are specifically designed for your abilities and goals. Exercises will be modified to be both challenging and within your abilities.
What should I eat?? There is so much information out there on nutrition, what is correct? Let’s find some clarification and figure out what is going to work for you! One on one coaching available as well as within a personal training context.
