"I am a 68 year old man who has been working with Natalie as my trainer for 4-5 years. To sum up my progress, I have lost 35 lbs and gained a lot of muscle mass. Natalie knows my strengths and weaknesses and does a spectacular job in tailoring workout routines for me. She provides me a wide variety of exercises that continually challenge me, while being very mindful of my limitations. I have had several other trainers and Natalie is miles better than any other I have worked with. She really cares about her clients and she is very fun to work with. I spent two winters snow birding and she and I continued working together online and I still reaped many benefits. I would recommend her to anyone."

Four years ago, at my doctor’s advice, I began lifting weights for my osteoporosis at a fast-paced gym. I lost 10 pounds and although I became physically stronger, I began experiencing more pain. A friend recommended Natalie. I wasn’t impressed at first because I expected to continue weights at my previous level for my bones. Natalie insisted that strengthening the core came first. After several months of core and stability training (Natalie constantly reminding me to notch it down) I soon realized Natalie’s advice was solid. I am so glad I stuck it out. Needless to say I was very excited when we began lifting weights. Even more excited when I realized my back did not hurt like before – huh, could it be my core? Natalie begins each session asking how I feel, if anything hurts, what needs stretching, my energy level, etc. Sometimes based on my answers we have had to diverge from the plan she had devised for that day. That is a sign of a great trainer. Almost every session, Natalie with her vast knowledge of the body, has helped me with painful areas -- everything from my toes to my neck. She has shown me techniques, too many to list, that have been extremely helpful. Natalie is phenomenal at explaining the body connections and how the muscles work for a specific exercise. Her knowledge has helped me understand my body, the connections, the importance of exercising correctly to avoid injury, and recovery. I have become much more aware of my form based on how my muscles feel during our sessions and know when I need to adjust. I attribute this knowledge to Natalie who has taught me these past 2 years.

Trained with Natalie since Oct 2019. She made me comfortable in the first 5 minutes! I have had several physical challenges throughout our relationship including surgeries, pulled/strained muscles etc and she always had an immediate work around to make sure I received a full workout while protecting whatever area was the problem. It was always obvious that my workout program was customized for me. Can't give her enough stars!!!
