What should I eat??  Are carbs good or bad?? How do I eat enough protein??

There is so much information out there on nutrition, what is correct? Let’s get some clarification and figure out what is going to work for you! I have one-on-one coaching available as well as within a personal training context.

One-on-one sessions are 45 minutes long and we will meet between 2-4 times per month depending on your needs.  I will also be available outside of those times via text for questions. I work with my clients for a minimum of 6 months since it takes time to build new habits and to start adjusting our mindset to a healthier way of looking at food.

We will work on:

  • Getting more fruits and veggies into your regular routine
  • Assess at your behaviors and attitudes around food
  • Build better habits and schedules
  • Eliminate extreme diets rules
  • Create a balanced and lasting approach

 

Rates are $75 per session
